Host answer all questions by text message quickly, did not answer his phone. Code on front door didn't work, battery went dead. We had a handicap (walker) with us and the bed were too low, had to help her out of bed every day. I would suggest instruction on how to turn on and use the TV, never could get the one in the front bedroom to work.. Only had one wash cloth for the 4 of us. On the third day finally figured how to turn on the shower. I would also suggest putting a safety strip on the step in the garage. I backed off of it doing laundry and fell, my husband trip going in to house. The house was big enough for us to get away from each other. Granddaughter enjoyed the pool table. Kitchen well stocked. Husband enjoyed the back patio and sun in mid day.

The house was okay but needs some better furniture and mattress's. There were a few stains on the blankets. I also had to ask the host to send the check information and WiFi.
