Third Avenue Lofts was Scottsdale's first loft building and still remains one of the best buildings in Downtown Scottsdale. The Third Avenue Lofts is located off of Third Avenue, north of Indian School. Residents are in the center of the action, with a short walk to the Old Town and Arts Districts, as well as close to shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
