The house is great with 4 bedrooms, 5 big beds and 3 1/2 baths. Comfy beds, soap, shampoo and conditioner in all bathrooms. Our issues came with communication before our trip and the pool. This could be because the property manager changed a few weeks before our trip. I reached out to have the pool heat turned on for us. I did not hear back. I calked and left a message a week later, they returned my call and told me the heat would be on and charged my cc for the additional fee. I asked about check-in instructions, as the listing said we’d have them that day. They said they would be sent 24 hrs in advance. Nothing. I called back the morning of check-in. I was told they were auto set to text that morning at 8 am AZ time…nothing…we were getting on the plane and I called again and they were then text to me. The weather was beautiful/hot when we arrived. The pool felt cold. It never warmed up. When I text that the pool did not feel heated, the response I received was that they reached out to the property manager and the pool was no longer able to ge heated. Disappointing since we specifically book heated pool property. We were told they’d refund our card, but nothing yet.
