Spring Training

Location was great - loved the neighborhood. There was a nice community park to walk around in and a lemon tree loaded with lemons to pick in the backyard. Everything was close by, and worked especially well for Spring Training games. The house was basic, but had everything we needed.

Great location!

We rented this property for the Nascar weekend. If you've been to the track in Phoenix, you will know that there aren't very many places close, and the hotels jack their prices sky high! We were thrilled to find a place for my husband, daughter and I that didn't break the bank.

Friendly house in Peaceful neighborhood

Lots of room, a nice backyard, and friendly neighbors.All good except the cleaners forgot the fridge and no toaster.We enjoyed the location and would suggest adding a barbeque to the amenities. Thank You for delivering what your ad claimed. Very Enjoyable

Nice large home in a nice neighborhood

If you’re looking for a simple place to stay in the Goodyear area, this is a good option. It’s a large home with everything you need to make the stay pleasant. We were happy with our stay and the price was right.

Good stay on short notice

Good house to rent, big enough for six grownups. Close to everything in the west valley. Lacy was quick to help out with any questions and lives nearby if needed. I think we were the first to rent off vrbo and this rental will just improve as she continues to rent.
