Rooms were very small compared to websites pictured! Breakfast was terrible, mentioned amenities we non existent. Room closets and dressers were tiny! Shower leaked into bathroom, only one mirror was not at all what we thought we were getting!!!!!!

I went in to my room around 8 pm and it wasn’t until about 11:30 that my son and I actually laid down and started to feel itchy. We then noticed a bug on the wall it was a bed bug. I went and told front desk where she was so rude and said this is a new hotel we don’t have bed bugs I requested a refund and she said she couldn’t do that. We ended up leaving and they refused to refund me. She offered to put me in a different room but I couldn’t do that after seeing the bed bugs on the wall and crevices of the bed.

The staff was great but the room was terrible. There were roaches in the bathroom. We stayed multiple nights but there was no maid service (and no one mention that there wouldn’t be) and we had to go down to the front desk to get clean towels, more tissues, etc.
