My stay at American Extended Stay was honestly pretty disappointing. The room was dirty as soon as I walked in—the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the space. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and hard to relax. Cleanliness is the bare minimum for any hotel, and this place definitely fell short. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they seriously improve their maintenance and housekeeping.

The front desk worker (Eddie) was exceptionally welcoming. However, our room reeked of smoke and there were no trash receptacles.
