They gave us a room that is under renovated looked like the staff wasn’t aware. Next, they give us a room that is so dirty and with a foul odor (human pee). I will today to request a refund. That was a terrible experience. We were charged TWICE.

We got to the room and room smelled like urine. The cabinets were missing. Walked right out. Asked to change rooms and the person said she would try to change it without charging us more. Moved to another room. Tried to check out in am and no one at reception desk. Waited for 10-15 minutes and left. Called an hour to check out. There were people walking around the place. People in the entrance. I had my son and it was just a sketchy place.

The front desk lady was nice at check-in. That was the only good experience. 3 major issues with the room. First, was the fact the door was rigged to stay opened. Someone had put duck tape over the latch hole! I did not notice it until I tried to lock the deadbolt and it wasn’t working. I never put the deadbolt lock on when I stay at a hotel, but I felt prompted to do it and I’m grateful that I did! Second was the smell! It was hard to breathe in the room because of the odor. Third: the room was disgusting. I had only got the room to sleep for a couple of hours before a business meeting in town, so I didn’t want to waist time getting a new room nor finding a new hotel nearby. I’ve honestly stayed at a highway motel that was in a better condition.

Sucks. We booked/paid for room the day of the stay. Drove 5 hrs from SoCal, arrived 12:30am. Got to Hotel, the person at the desk said he could not check us in as we were late, they designated us as no show. Then he said couldn't check us in because the system was down. They denied our refund request. Went across the street a got a room at Holiday Inn Express no problem. Disgusting, very poor business practice Extended Stay. Put yourselves in our shoes, what would you have done. Strand a family at late after 5 hr drive, stay was paid, employee was available, literally there at the desk as we were talking to each other through your phone, not provide a refund. Check your booking/paid records, cameras, and time. Anyways, worked out well for us, Holiday Inn Express across the street is new, clean, reasonable rates, and accommodating. They have an awesome complementary breakfast. Choose a hotel to stay that puts people before money.

I had a hard time sleeping the first night. It is pet friendly and a dog across our room barked constantly and woke me up at 4 am. People slam doors all night, our a/c made too much noise when turning on. And, even when the floor has been remodeled, the door filters too much light and three sudes. The room was very clean.

No ma'am, the toilet was broken and the shower. I had to call up to the front desk twice to see why the water was off. They told me they was working upstairs and needed the water cut off with no warning. Jason is a young worker at the desk that does NOTHING!!!
