Everything was AWFUL. Don’t ever go here! They were supposed to have coffee every morning from 6-9 am but there was none. Another customer said they hadn’t had any for 2 weeks. They were supposed to have coffee makers available for your room but they didn’t have any left. The microwave in my room didn’t work. I took a shower and there was 4 inches of water still standing in the tub the next morning so I let them know and they said they would fix it. This went on for 6 days and they never came to drain it. What a piece of garbage this place is. I left 5 days before my paid for stay but can’t get any refund. You stay here you’re dumber than me

just the worst !!!! dirty, bugs, tub shower does not drain moved rooms and even worse than first ..bugs, bug droppings, hotel looks like a homeless house . I feel bad for your staff they were trying with no support. NO MANAGER ON DUTY. GET IT TOGETHER OR GET OUT OF THE BIZ

Here’s a cleaner, more polished rephrasing that keeps the meaning intact without adding drama or personality: --- This is a place you stay once and likely not again. It’s not an area you’d want to be outside after dark. The exterior of the building appeared clean, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives mostly end. The hallways and room were very dirty and did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned beyond replacing basic amenities such as towels and sheets. The floors throughout the room including the bathroom, kitchen, and sleeping area were heavily soiled, with visible dirt and small pieces of trash. The shower walls were also unclean. The bathroom door would not close fully, and the shower curtain did not extend far enough into the tub, which caused water to spill onto the floor. We were glad we brought extra shoes, as we wore them anytime we walked around the room or went to the bathroom. The pool was also quite dirty, so we chose not to use it. The advertised “free breakfast” consisted of a small oatmeal bar set up on a shelf in the lobby and was described as a grab-and-go option. On the positive side, the heater and air conditioning worked well. The bed was reasonably comfortable, though it creaked throughout the night. Overall, the main benefit of this property was its proximity to where we needed to be the next morning, and the price was about $20–$30 lower than nearby alternatives.

There was an active construction going on. It did not help with the noise. We had to move to a different room after checking in due to freshly painted walls! The smell of paint was too strong. The room was spacious and comfy.

We stayed six nights at Extended Stay America Midtown Phoenix and were extremely disappointed. The room did not match the advertised king suite with full kitchen, renovations were undisclosed, amenities were incomplete, and the property was noisy and poorly maintained. Nikki at the front desk was outstanding, but despite her efforts, the experience was not worth the cost, and we requested a full refund.

booked 2 double bed room for 3 nights. first night only had a bed and a pull out love seat. phone didnt work, refrigerator looked like it was thrown down stairs, handle missing, piss all over pull out. Niki tried to help. second night fixed to 2 bed room, still no phone. Third night they had locked us out because they only rebooked us for one night instead of two. had to drive 20 miles out ot the way. Weekend manager came in late and left early, so unable to resolve there at hotel. Hotel is under remodel only third floor available. Has many destitute people staying there, very uncomfortable and smell of drugs. Place is best suited for homless and destitute. I want a full refund.

The room was not clean at all; it was smelly. The ironing board was very nasty, and the couch in the room was very old and damaged. The chairs were dirty and extremely unpleasant. The bathroom was not working properly—the shower water was barely coming out, and the drainage was not working. The TV did not have any online streaming services like YouTube or Netflix, only cable channels. Breakfast should not even be considered breakfast; it was just some coffee and cereal. The area around the hotel had a lot of homeless people. There were two air conditioners, and one of them was not working.
