Absolutely Disgusting Stay FAR Away! This place is a complete disgrace and should not be allowed to operate as a hotel. an absolute nightmare. The entrance and garden areas were overrun with homeless people, It felt completely unsafe, like a neglected shelter, not a hotel. The smell was awful a mix of mold, sewage, and who knows what else. The room was filthy, stained sheets, dirt everywhere, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been touched in weeks… the managers response? Pay extra $10 if you want it clean… To make it worse, there was no running water. I couldn’t even shower. When I complained, the manager was rude and clearly didn’t care at all. No apology, no solution just attitude. This place is disgusting, unsafe, and managed by people who shouldn't be in business. Stay far away. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were free. I checked out hours after I checked in with no refund.

Poor and unsafe stay

It didn’t feel safe. Had to leave after one night. Fire code violations, stuff ripped out of the wall and just wires. Poor repair, towel rail broken and ripped out of wall. Loud arguments and screaming from neighbouring room. I left after one night, they said at the desk they’d reimburse into my account in 4-5 days, its now been almost a fortnight and heard nothing.

Signs say they're remodeling, and I hope it turns out well. Service was good, sheets were clean, and some of the furniture looked new. But I don't think they should have booked anyone in the room I was in. The room smelled rancid, and a leak under the kitchen sink left a pool of water in the cabinet. Room 148.

We came and they said they were sold out. After a few minutes said they did have our room. It was the wrong room but it was 10pm and we have a child so just needed somewhere to stay. It was supposed to be 2 beds and it was one full size bed plus couch with pull out mattress. When we get to room it was dirty and unsafe in areas. Mattress squeaked to the slightest touch, making it hard to sleep. Noise from the refrigerator kept us up at well because it was making loud noises. Woke up, no breakfast, and vending machines didn’t even work. Have a video of what the mattress sounded like.

The room was filthy! There were animal urine stains, carpet stains, the room smelled like cigarettes, and it was absolutely impossible for us to feel even slightly okay to put our luggage in the room, just to name a few of the inconveniences. We asked for an immediate refund. The staff was very responsive and helpful in accommodating our request.

Was being remodeled upstairs. Room was so old with shelves falling off the walls, lamps did not work, damage in bathroom walls, fire alarm went off at 6pm and had to go outside for awhile with my grandchild. The next morning no breakfast to go bags were available as stated in reservation. Police were outside arresting someone at the front door. Will NEVER book this hotel again.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at this Extended Stay. I arrived expecting a confirmed reservation, only to be told I could not check in because the property was conducting an audit. This was never communicated in advance, and there was no warning that my reservation might not actually guarantee me a room. The staff offered no solutions and left me stranded after traveling, with no place to stay. What makes this even worse is that Extended Stay hides this policy — they do not tell you that during certain times (like audits) check-in may be denied. Imagine booking a hotel, showing up, and then being turned away with no explanation other than “audit.” This is completely unacceptable for any hospitality business. Guests should be informed of these policies clearly before booking. The fact that they take your reservation, hold your payment information, and then refuse to honor it without warning is dishonest and unprofessional. Bottom line: Do not stay here. Check-in is NOT guaranteed, no matter what your confirmation says. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else where reservations are actually respected.

Horrible and disaster

Rude front desk lady. We get to our room and the bedroom area is flooded. Housekeeping came up and mopped up the water and as soon as she was done the water kept pouring in the room from the roof. The curtains were falling down because the ceiling couldn’t hold the weight. Called front desk and is was a man who said no rooms were available and said we couldn’t get our money back because we used hotel.com. I insisted he write something that stated what happened and he wrote one line and told us to leave. We were polite and treated horrible. I have pictures of the room. Broken light, drawings on the bathroom door, broken curtains and flooded

Worst experience of my life! First room give. To us, someone was asleep in the bed. The room had already need assigned to someone else. We called in on a very large, rough looking man who we scared half to death. The next room that was given to us had not been cleaned. Bed unmade, dirty towels on bathroom floor, trash full. We left. Would never in a million years stay here. A lot of shady looking people on premises.
