The room lacked thorough cleaning. The toilet had fuzz and hair on the seat. There was bottle caps on the floor from previous guest. The patio had very loud and intoxicated guest that woke me up at 3am. The staff was friendly.

Bothered by cricket in AC unit on first floor and unable to sleep. Front desk lady told us to wait till tomorrow morning. No apologies from staff. I offered to pay for another room. No answer but door keys given and told us to return the other room key as soon as moved. The noise from the highway is also annoying. You also have to take your trash out to the dumpster. House keeping is available once a week. Other wise convenient. The coffee at Quick Trip gas station across street is the best coffee. I hope the management will do better teaching what kind of customer issues can wait till next day. Hopefully not nagging Arizona Cricket. Best wishes.

When we booked this hotel for a business work trip we ordered it with 2 Queen beds as the description stated online. When we got to hotel and Matthew at the front desk checked myself and my teammate in he stated we booked online for single bed. We than showed him our itenary email that shows we booked 2 queen beds. He than stated oh well we dont have any rooms with 2 beds we are all sold out of those. We asked to speak with manager he stated manager isn't around and he can't get ahold of a manager so take the room or cancel. We had to keep the room. This kid matthew wasn't even the front desk his name tag said Night Laundry. This was by far the worst experience we've ever had at a hotel. Will make sure to never use this hotel again and will let our company know to never use this hotel moving forward. Which sucks because its right next to the arena that we have to go to.
