The staff probably did fine with what they had to work with. There was a gap at the top and bottom of the door which desperately needs repair. My son got it right by saying "that place is somewhere people go to do unspeakable things." Enough said. We didn't stay and they wouldn't refund our money. We were told that we "owned" the room for longer than 15 minutes so our money was non refundable.

The whole hotel smelled like urin. The carpets in the room were disgusting and covered in stains. And the clerk that checked me into my room had a passive attitude like she didnt want to be there.

I was in town for the Billie Eilish concert, a couple of nights, was there for the location and, of course, the price. It was ok, no noisy people, staff were wonderful. It rained and it was leaking outside the rooms (I had a room in the second floor) but that was it. Homeless people were around but not directly at the property. AC unit worked fine, clean towels, clean and comfy beds, there was a medium size fridge. Loved it

As soon as we got to the room, the room smelled liked cigarettes. The floor and the walls not cleaned. The bathroom was not cleaned, did not feel comfortable showering in. And the mattress was the worst. So dirty it did gross me out. I did not felt comfortable staying in that hotel. I did ask for refund, but for half of what I payed. Staff was nice.

The girl that checked us in seemed a little stressed and not real sure what she was doing and several people had to come back and have their keys redone because they couldn't get in the room and I was one of them. The guy who took care of the checkout in the morning so they were working on remodeling and really cleaning up and changing cuz I asked about a couple things but the mattress was good I checked for bed bugs and they were cool with that they were none so I'll give them credit for trying
