Pool is heated with 2 day notice at $30.00 per day with a one week minimum.
Pebblecreek is a 55 and older community and there is a $25 fee for two people for use of amenities.

We loved the home and location. Pool was quiet and so relaxing. Back yard is beautiful and equipped with a gas grill and comfortable furniture. Neighbors are very friendly. We stayed for 2 months and didn't want to leave. The home has everything you need just bring your clothes. We will rent this home again when we are back in Arizona. Owner is very kind and responsive. We could not have rented a better place.

Perfect Place

Nancy home @ Peeblecreek is a great place to enjoy Arizona. The house is super-clean as new and we really enjoyed. I was there for business but still have the time to enjoy the pool and the other amenities the golf resort offer. Nancy is a super host and work with me the first day for the gate access and days after to make sure all was ok. I'm looking forward to my next year project to book Nancy home again,

Backyard Paradise

Such a wonderful month long stay at this beautiful house. Nancy was great to deal with. Very responsive to questions. House was wonderful and the backyard and pool was heavenly. The Pebble Creek community was nice too

Enjoyed our stay in Pebble Creek!

This was a wonderful house that had everything we needed for our winter stay in Goodyear, AZ. The house was wonderfully decorated and was very well appointed. It made us feel at home. The 3 bedroom house felt very roomy, and the backyard oasis was magical. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would love to stay here again next time we’re in the area.
