Newly remodeled gorgeous single-story home on a private corner lot, bright and open, perfect for any family to relax and have an energy-filled vacation. Close to shopping, spring training, ASU, thriving downtown Gilbert, Scottsdale, and everything Phoenix has to offer. Pool, putting green, 3 car garage, large driveway for extra parking. The home has a split floor plan to help separate parents and kids or multiple families.

There is a camera on the back patio that is focused on the door but does partially see the pool. If this is a concern for you it is no problem for it to be removed during your stay!

This property has it all! The pool is clean and exceptionally inviting. All appliances are new and clean. Furniture is in great shape and comfortable. The location is outstanding. Close to great restaurants and lots of walking opportunities, including the Riparian Park.

The home is beautiful and well stocked. There are multiple games and activities for people of all ages. The property manager was very responsive and provided valuable advice for attractions and restaurants. The pool was exceptional; warm clean and well kept. The property is close to the Superstition Mountains and many hiking trails. We would recommend this property and plan to return!
