Room was fine. The staff at the front desk was great! We ate in the lounge and watched football. The bartender was the laziest I have ever encountered. He would not come to the tables and just stayed behind the bar. ALL the people at the tables had to keep getting up to request food or drinks.

Rooms were dirty. Stains on the bed sheets, crumbs on sheets. Bathroom was dirty. I advised the front desk and they said it was chemicals but it did not look like chemicals. I asked to change sheets they only did one bed. I will say their customer service was nice and they tried to rectify it. If cleanliness is a thing for you, this hotel is not it. I checked out early because I could not do it.

My time at Crowne Plaza was nice. The room was clean and the airport shuttle was convenient. Iesha at the front desk was exceptional - very pleasant, helpful, personable and provided great service!
