They double booked our room and canceled us. We didn’t find out until we were on our way. They should have called rather than just sending an email which went in spam.

It isn’t a hotel it’s basically apartment complex third floor no elevator the room. The complex/address has a different name and I had to pay my uber an extra because we drove around and around for 30 minutes trying to find it. It wasn’t advertised as an air b n b but that is basically what it was.

I will never stay here again. You need 3 codes to get in. Gate code, buildng door code and the code to your room. Has a terrible time getting access to the room . Had to get Expedia involved. Now I see the property charged a $130 undisclosed fee.

Good in a bind.

It was in a good location and enjoyed it was so close to Westgate. There is improvement in terms of the cleanliness. The bed sheets have a bit of a yellowing which doesn’t look inviting. Probably just need to replace them. The futon has two pretty visible stains that should be cleaned up quickly. It was hard to sit in it. The TV worked so slowly that it was pretty much unusable but not a huge deal there. The parking spot is a bit of a walk but I had no issue with that I just think it needs to be made clear in the listing. Also it was unclear how to use the amenities. I didn’t see a fob or anything to use the gym and pool. Overall not a bad place tho.

The area is just fine exactly what I needed. The apartment is okay wish there was a TV in the room, the bathroom wasn't the cleanest either. The futon is so uncomfortable. My only hiccup was my last night where I had to SLEEP IN MY CAR because of the main building door being jammed. This is was around 2am!!! It's obvious whomever is running this isn't near the property. I didn't get until 6:30am where there was a rock in between the doors. Never again but thanks anyways.

Not the best option. Our parking spot was far from the unit. The unit was not very clean, no hair drier, no hand towels, no kitchen towels. We called but they said there was not a closer parking spot. Instead of hand and kitchen towels, we got pool towels and bed sheets.

The parking situation at Cozy Suites was absolutely horrible. Nobody tells you when you book that you have to walk half a mile to your apartment. If you book an apartment in building five, you would think your parking would be near/around building five but no instead your parking is across the entire complex at the end of another building. When you call to to see about getting a closer parking all they say is, I’m sorry and it’s a safe complex to walk. My family and I will not be staying here again. So disappointing and inconvenient.
