💡Damage Waiver: It covers minor accidental damages up to $150, such as a stained towel, broken chair, or accidentally dropped dish. Smoking-related damage, missing items, and major damage are considered intentional or excluded damages and are not covered under the damage waiver.



This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.

While we do not anticipate any issues, repeated violations of house rules or building policies may result in removal from the property, and any associated costs will be the responsibility of the guest.
