Get away in a historically renovated home in the heart of Phoenix. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Walk to restaurants and coffee shops, enjoy the updated space complete with Wifi, smart TV, fire pit and HOT TUB! Perfect for those chilly desert nights.
The space
Each room has been decorated with guest comfort in mind. Fans and blackout curtains throughout all bedrooms. Everything you need in a kitchen to cook and stay in comfort. If you enjoy the character of historic homes but love your modern amenities, this place is for you!
The 3rd bedroom/office with the twin bed is at the back of the house but it doesn’t have a door. The one bathroom is a jack and Jill between the two main bedrooms, so you need to walk thru a bedroom to access the bathroom.
Guest access
Guests have access to the front and back yards. We have a long term tenant in a back guest house but the backyard space is private.
Other things to note
Please stay out of the side yard as a long term renter’s home is there. You have full access to the front and back yard, which is private.
