Overall, this condo is a great place to stay if you’re hoping to be near Old Town Scottsdale. I would stay here again. PROS: - great location (fairly walkable to the shops, coffee shops, and restaurants) - amazing pool (warm and good furniture) - calm, quiet, and safe - very clean - AC worked great- washer and dryer in unit and they provided tide pods - spacious rooms and closets - bath towels, pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided (weird they don’t list that info in their post) - kitchen has all the basics to cook CONS:- terrible communication. I messed five times prior to our stay and heard nothing back. I tried calling and it wouldn’t go through. I finally heard from them like 2 hours before check in. Also it’s not self- check in as they describe in the post. You have to meet with someone there for them to give you the key. Kind of inconvenient. - water pressure is meh- beds and pillows are meh - 2 smart tvs which is nice but they were soooo slow and sometimes difficult to navigate - wifi was iffy at times End of the day, I enjoyed our stay here, but if I’m being picky, then there is some room for improvement from the host. Communication should be better. If you’re looking for a calm, quiet place with a great pool and near the main part of town, then you’ve found it!
