Staff was great and the room was pretty clean. The bathroom tub was cracked and the dresser where the TV was sitting had a big dent and scratches on it. The toilet made a weird noise after you flushed it.

The front staff is wonderful at the hotel! Received a warm welcome, easy check in and the 3 persons we interacted with during our stay were so friendly. The entry is neat, appealing and cozy. The con was that while our room was clean, (carpets / couches / beds & bedding / tables) the bathroom wasn't the best. It wasn't the worst, but there was a ring around the tub, and the curtain had a large stain. The bathroom itself just needed a good deep clean around the edges and corners and tile floors. The next thing I don't think can be fixed - the walls are pretty thin. The neighbor next door was on her phone for most of the night (till 2 or 3 am). She was having a great conversation, laughing so much and it all filtered into our room. Unfortunately, it kept us both up most of the night, and I couldn't be upset with the neighbor, she should be able to have a conversation in the middle of the night at a normal to slight loud volume. She wasn't shouting or anything. Would I stay here again? Maybe, not long term, but I would give them a try again for a 1 night stay. The staff was that good.

Everything was good expect one thing - The bathtub was clogged to the core, it was so horrible to take bath when all dirty water is floating. In spite of my complaint this was not fixed and I was so disappointed. Imagine your day starting from a pool stinking water.
