To comply with legal requirements and building policies, guests may be required to complete a verification process before check-in, which may include:
• Government-issued photo ID
• Matching credit card in the guest's name
• Contact information verification
• Identity verification through our secure portal
• Background screening, if required by the property or building
Your information is used solely for verification purposes and is not stored or used for any other reason.
✨ Rental Agreement ✨
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before check-in. By booking, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You will comply with all rental terms and house rules.
• A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card may be required before arrival.
• Additional screening may be required when mandated by the property or building.
• Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.
✨ Damage Protection ✨
Prior to arrival, guests must choose one of the following:
• $35 non-refundable Damage Waiver, or
• $350 refundable Security Deposit Hold (released after checkout if no damage is reported)
Pet Policy (Pet-Friendly Units Only)
Pets are welcome with prior approval.
Pet Fees
• 1–7 nights: $20 per pet, per night
• 8–29 nights: $200 flat fee per pet
• 30+ nights: $300 flat fee per pet
• Maximum of 2 pets
• Dogs and cats only
• Certain breed restrictions apply
Failure to disclose pets before arrival will result in a $500 fee.
Property Monitoring & Security
• Noise monitoring devices are installed to measure decibel levels only. These devices do not record conversations or audio. Tampering with equipment may result in additional fees.
• Security cameras are located in common areas and hallways for safety and security purposes.
