Loft includes pool table, foosball table, board games and an easy-fold 2 player basketball game. Loft also has an XBOX.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. The large backyard was great for activities, and the kids especially loved the indoor basketball game, which kept them very entertained. It was the perfect spot to unwind and relax after full days spent with family. We’d definitely stay here again as it’s minutes from our family’s new home. A highly recommend place to anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly place to stay!

Great Sun City Rental

The listing information and pictures were accurate to their description. Easy to find. Quiet neighborhood. Owner lives next door and was very friendly and wanted to make sure our stay was what we expected and to remedy any problems, which there were none. Beds were comfortable. Water temps and shower pressure were great. Bedding was great. Towels were plentiful. Wi-Fi connection was good, I worked a few days with no issues. Streaming channel selections were available. We did not use the AC so I cannot comment. We used the outside firepit only once but that was because we weren't around to use it more. Fry's, Albertson's and Target (grocery stores) were a 10-15 minute drive away. Restaurants were plentiful, fast food, sports bars and sit down styles were available. Access to major freeways was quick and easy. Surprise Stadium for Spring Training games was a short drive.
