Clean and spacious for 9 adults

The property was in a great location for our convention and had lots of open space for hosting friends from Australia and eastern US. We visited in the spacious living area often.

New, clean, larger home in a transitioning neighborhood.

We stay in a lot of home rentals and I just like the facts when I read reviews…so that’s what I’ll give! Pros:-New and fresh and cute/modern-large rooms-bathrooms available for all-comfy beds-basic necessities available including pans/utensils/soap/toilet paper etc -easy codes access-fun trails up small mountain very close-prompt replies from owners Cons--very basic necessities: not all rooms had end tables next to beds and only master had lamps, no coaster. Just a few more niceties would make this home exceptional. -keurig didn’t work, but had a coffee pot too-small leak under one sink (owner said both would be handled once we left) -transitional neighborhood…we felt safe, but all kinds of housing nearby…one nice gated community behind house, then some empty lots filled with junk on same street. -got confirm and access code late in the process which makes me feel nervous. They say code comes within 24 hours of check in and that is correct, I just personally like it earlier. Overall I’d highly recommend it just always like to know specifics. Great stay!
