Only 5 min to the Biltmore Golf Resort, 10 min to the Phoenician Resort. There is a multi-acre city park less than a mile away.
The Biltmore shopping Mall to the west, Scottsdale's Fashion Square to the East. A large grocery store just 1/4-mile north.
The charming back yard is fenced.
