Big Luxury House on Golf Course in Gated Community
Huge house just under 5,000 sq ft. With 6 bedrooms it can host your whole group. It is great for entertaining with open kitchen/living room flow. There is plenty of entertainment amenities such as a great pool, nicely turfed lawn with cornhole and spikeball, sports court with basketball hoop and pickleball net, arcade, ping pong table, and pool table. The pool has a waterfall. This house sits on a golf course inside a gated community. It has a secluded backyard feeling like a luxurious getaway.
With Topgolf, pop stroke, outlet malls, the desert diamond casino and many more attractions right next door.
This house really has a resort feel and is great for entertaining with speakers throughout the house and patio. I'm not sure what is bringing you to the Phoenix area, but you may never want to leave the house.
Not only is the size of the house impressive, but the lot it sits on is big as well. It is almost a half acre lot with no neighbors to one side and a golf course behind it. Inside the Madera gated community of Palm Valley, your family will certainly be safe during your stay.
The house has updated with new laminate flooring in the game room and living room and decorated with modern chandeliers and new furniture (this has yet to be photographed). The bunk beds have also been unstacked.
The pool has a brand new heater that can heat the pool for $100/ night stayed (Discounts on pool heating are offered for stays over 5 nights).
