I would of gave a 5 star review but unfortunately the last 10 min I was there waiting for my ride to come and pick me up the lady by the name of LAURA was completely rude and told me I needed to leave the property that I was checked out and needed to leave the premises. Now please understand I'm not one to loiter by any means and I am not being a nuisance or looking like I'm a bum. Honestly, all I was doing was waiting in the back on the stairs with my two small bags not causing any one trouble which no one was even coming up or down and it was raining outside and she yelled it at me from the across the parking lot as she smoked her cigarette. I'm a smoker myself by no means am I judging her but the fact that I had paid over $200 for two nights and they still were holding my $100 deposit I think being able to wait for my ride on the property is not asking to much considering she couldn't even produce a check out receipt reflecting the no charge refundable deposit I paid not through expedia but from the property itself. I just have never been treated with such rude and disrespectful behavior by any hotel and trust me I have stayed in alot of them to be able to say it's not something I wanted to do but she needs to know speaking like this to me has costed me having to write this review and me to never stay here again and to make sure no one else i know does. You earn loyalty with respect for repeat business and today no respect was given lost a customer.

Perfect location, across from superstition springs mall, lots of food options, nice rooms, large tv with tons of tv options and Netflix sign in, pool is ok and hot tub. Negatives: the beds were extremely uncomfortable they need to be replaced as only the middle is comfortable because of the usage on the edges. Overall central to everything, close to highway and pretty good experience

Our AC had gone down and stayed here for a few nights. Initially got 2 nights but then had to rebook and they let us have the same room which helped a ton with our ASD son.

I stayed with 2 children on the spectrum. The interiors are renovated and meet my expectations for Best Western. The management team and Laura, went above and beyond to meet our needs. The pool area was clean and at night perfect temp for a refreshing swim. Entertainment, dining, shopping mall on the same property. Breakfast was excellent. Always greeted with a smile; fresh eggs, bacon sausage, biscuits to take to your room or dine in.

The pool was nice and breakfast was amazing only thing was the beds were very uncomfortable definitely could use new ones. The staff were friendly and made it easy to check in. Also the dryer was out of service
