Come and be part of the prestigious 'Grayhawk" community right next to the Grayhawk Golf Course and only minutes from TPC Scottsdale and Troon. Your a quick drive to "Westworld" home of the Barrett Jackson and its many other exciting events. Tesoro is located just off the 101 north on Pima Rd.

The unit is approximately 1700sq.ft. including a double garage located on the second floor, the unit is next to the clubhouse which contains a large pool, exercise area and two hot tubs with ample lounging area.

The master bedroom is a fair size with a queen size bed and TV. The master bath has double sinks, separate shower / tub and toilet and a large walk in closet. The second bathroom has a queen size bed and walk in closet. The den can easily be converted into a 3rd bedroom has a double sized foldout couch with a blow up mattress and TV.

The kitchen and laundry are complete with all the amenities'. Plenty of channels on 3 different TV's and strong Wifi.

You will not be disappointed with this property.

Perfect
