Washer, dryer included, full kitchen has small eat-in area, and walled private front entry patio provides extra room for that morning coffee. Sun City is an over 55 community close to all the sports complexes for spring training, the stadium, the Barrett Jackson car show, access to 7 rec centers and great restaurants and shopping.
