Our stay at Andaz Scottsdale was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was absolutely exceptional. Charlie, Haley, Stephanie, and Nalyita went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set this property apart. The design of the hotel is impeccable! The space feels thoughtfully curated, stylish, and uniquely Scottsdale and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail throughout the property is remarkable. The food was outstanding. Combined with the beautiful setting and first-class service, it created an unforgettable experience. What truly elevates Andaz Scottsdale, however, is the hospitality. The level of service rivals that of the finest luxury hotels and is genuinely off the charts. Every team member made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect stay start to finish! We have stayed at many hotels in Scottsdale and I this was definitely one of our favorites! The staff in the restaurant and at the pool were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were great and clean and the bed was seriously the most comfortable hotel bed we have ever slept in. Loved the pool and we got a great massage at the spa. I think one of the best things about the Andaz is the location. it's literally in the middle of everything and 5 minutes away from the Camelback hiking trail. If you want a smaller hotel, but still want a luxury experience, this is it! We will be returning to the Andaz.
