Relax in our 2022 built custom 1000 sqft single story 2bd/1ba house and 1 twin size sofa bed. This is a very private and well-maintained detached house in 1 acre property located at the BACK RIGHT SIDE of the owner's house. This is totally a separate building for total privacy. You will be blown away with spacious quartz kitchen island, modern fixtures, big bathroom with luxurious RAIN SHOWER, SHUTTERS, comfortable HYBRID mattresses and HYPOALLERGENIC luxury pillows. There is a pickleball shared with other guests/owners, players need to sign a waiver form. There is no lights at the Pickleball court, only play when the sun is up.
Located in the heart of the East Valley, Gilbert, Arizona about 3 miles from 202E Freeway, 25 mins away from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and 15 mins away from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
