Not worth the price. Came on weekday. So the bar was only open for 2 hrs. And the room i was at to much traffic couldn't enjoy the fire pit cus ppl keep walk pass and would ask questions.

The rooms were decorated in an awesome retro style and the pool area was gorgeous. Bed was comfy. The ice pop, on check it, was a great touch. Cleanliness- rooms were satisfactory but had a little mold in grout. Sink went down very slow and we told the front desk about it. During a three night stay it was not fixed. We were told the room would be cleaned every other day, but it wasn’t. We told front desk (we needed towels ) and they finally did come to clean after 5:00pm. Common areas could use a power wash. Pool area was beautiful, but we had so many mosquito bites from that area! They need to address that. Coffee and breakfast were nearby, but not complimentary. This hotel has so much going for it, but lacks in some basics

Rooms were perfectly equipped and we loved the mid century modern decor. Unfortunately- when I went to shower the next morning (as the first to shower that day)- there was no hot water! After checking and running the water for 10 mins in hopes that it would get warm- I had to just deal with a cold shower. Beyond that- the rooms just needed a little air freshener (the lovely scent of the hand & body soap that’s provided would be an AMAZING touch)! The staff was welcoming and there’s the added touch of free popsicles (zero proof or spiked) at check in!

There is no privacy in the room. You cannot have the curtains open at anytime because of people walking by. There is no cell service because of cement rooms, and they were unable to fix the wifi, so you have to go outside to text or call. Wierd rooms.

The room was great! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. You get a coupon for a free Popsicle when you check in. We had a delicious dinner at the pool and got to enjoy the hot tub after a long drive before going over to a concert downtown. Location is great, parking was easy and free. Bed was comfortable with heavy curtains for privacy and sleeping in!

Hotels.com is advertising room photos that are for different rooms. I tried to reach out when this happened but couldn't stay on the chat for more than thirty minutes to complete whatever the chat was asking me to do. Also, this hotel was marked as providing me with a bottle of wine on my stay, which they had, in the front office, and when I asked about it they said they didn't have any notes that I was to be provided a bottle of wine. I chose this hotel based on the room you advertised, which is still here in the picture of my stay, and for the VIP service, which was not provided at all. They also didn't clean my room until the final day of my stay.

The room is excellent and the hotel location is great. The rooms are tastefully done and in excellent condition. The property and pool itself are beautiful. My only complaints were that there was no housekeeping for my 2-night stay-- when I asked about by room not being cleaned, I was told that I needed to request this at check-in. However, I was not told this when I checked in, which was very disappointing. Also, for the $378/night rate that I paid for my room, I believe that housekeeping should have been standard. Also, the Wifi essentially did not work at all, which was frustrating.
