Welcome to Sunset Hideaway, a resort-style Scottsdale experience perfect for groups of all sizes. The home sleeps up to 14 guests, with 2 extra beds in the fifth mini bedroom, and offers 10 big, comfortable beds in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Beautifully updated, meticulously maintained and always professionally cleaned, the home offers over 2,350 square feet of living space. The bright great-room floorplan has plenty of room for everyone, with indoor dining for twelve, and all bedrooms are privately located on the upper and lower levels. The home has three and a half bathrooms. Cool central A/C, high-speed internet and 5 smart TVs, including a 60" in the great room and a 50" in the game room, keep everyone comfortable and connected.

The big chef's kitchen includes a large Ninja smoothie blender, a Keurig coffee bar and assorted teas. Downstairs, the game room features a regulation 7-foot slate pool table, a Ms. Pac-Man arcade with Pac-Man, Galaga, Dig Dug and more than 10 other retro games, a tournament-style foosball table and a 50" flat screen TV. Rack them up for a game of 8-ball, or start a nightly foosball challenge.

The primary bedroom has a king bed. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 each have 2 queens, Bedroom 4 has a queen and a twin over twin bunk, and Bedroom 5 has a twin over twin bunk.

The backyard Fun Zone is made for sunshine and relaxation, with a sun-soaked heated swimming pool, a putting green, a large 50-jet Jacuzzi hot tub, a fire table and a flat-screen TV. A covered patio offers outdoor dining for an additional six, and there is room for backyard putting contests and cornhole. Grill steaks for a family dinner, then begin the day with morning coffee and end it with a glass of wine around the cozy fire table, with propane always included.

Old Town Scottsdale nightlife, Talking Stick Casino and Golf Resort, Topgolf, TPC's championship golf course, the Camelback Mountain trailhead, the Barrett-Jackson auction and the spring training baseball stadiums are all within easy reach. Bashas' is about a 4-minute drive, Continental Golf Club is about 3 minutes away, and Scottsdale Fashion Square is about a 7-minute drive. Pima Park is about 2 minutes away, and Black Rock Coffee is within walking distance. Golf, hike, swim, relax or cheer on your favorite team, you will love Sunset Hideaway.

Guests must be 25 years or older to rent.

The pool is heated from October 15th through May 15th to approximately 85 degrees at no additional charge. Please note that if the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees, we cannot guarantee the pool will hold its full heated temperature.
