This newly remodeled house is centrally located in a quiet residential area by the highway 51, close to Paradise Valley, the Kierland Commons, the Scottsdale Quarter, and Arizona Biltmore with countless options of restaurants, shops, hiking and golf courses. 15 mins to sky harbor airport, 20 mins to old town scottsdale.

This home is setup for a fun filled vacation! Your private backyard oasis features putting green, giant lawn games, bbq grill, fire pit, sitting and dining areas.

The home has been newly furnished, 2 en-suite with king beds, two 65 inches tv at opposite end of the house where everyone can enjoy their shows or sport games at the same time.

The indoor and outdoor dining areas both seat 8+ people, serve up an amazing meal inside or grill it up outside!

Conveniently located close to highway 51 cactus exit - at a quiet residential neighborhood yet, you are close to everything, Target, Costco, Walmart, chick-fil-a, in and out burger and countless options of restaurants all within 5 mins drive. 5 mins walk to the roadrunner park which has a weekly Saturday farmer market, fishing lake, playground, tennis court, basketball court, swimming pool etc.

2 cars garage parking 2 cars driveway parking, and street parking available. Uber, Lyft, taxi widely available within minutes. Most grocery store also provide quick delivery services in the area. Door dash or Uber eat has countless food option for delivery as well.
