Come enjoy everything sunny Scottsdale has to offer in this amazing luxury vacation home, recently remodeled and just a stone’s throw away from the exciting Keirland Commons. Also, only a 5-minute drive to the Phoenix Open and a number of the golf courses which Arizona is known for. Whether you’re here for the fine-dining and shopping of Kierland, the nightlife of Old Town or you’re just looking to swing the clubs, this house is the perfect place for you and your group.
The space
This two-story house boasts over 3,300 sqft. With two bedrooms on the ground floor, including the master which opens to an expansive backyard and walk-in shower, you and your guests will have plenty of space to stretch your legs. The upstairs landing includes a huge loft area, complete with a bar, an additional two bedrooms and bathroom an awesome view of the McDowell Mountain range at sunset. There is a 77-inch Oled tv upstairs, a Sony Ht-5000 soundbar and a large urban sectional for movies and tv. The backyard includes an 8-foot diving pool, and a raised patio area and waterfall for outdoor relaxation. The house backs up to a wash, which not only makes for a great view from upstairs but also adds an extra layer of privacy. The wash is accessible from the pathway just a few houses down the north side of the street.
