The shower was extremely dirty, and the TV was broken. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the fire alarm was not functioning, which made the stay feel even more unsafe. The hotel itself felt uncomfortable — the door wouldn’t latch properly, and there was an additional door in the room that we didn’t know where it led. We tried contacting the front desk for help with the Wi-Fi connection, but no one assisted us, and there was no phone service. We also requested extra towels and pillows, but we were told we’d have to pick them up ourselves, even though it was very late at night. Overall, the entire experience was uncomfortable and unsettling, and I have photos to prove the poor conditions.

I absolutely adore the staff here! I don’t find myself staying in hotels often but I have come back specifically because of how outstanding and caring they are. Melinda leads a great team! With them, the location being pet-friendly, and also being in a walkable distance from anything and everything… this place is the BEST!

There was hair and stains in the bed, standing water and dirt and hair in the shower, stains and hair on the toilet, cigarette burns on the bedsheets, the coffee maker was filthy, the coffee cup lids didn’t even fit the cups, no WiFi… just terrible

The worst was that there was cockroaches in my room and my cousin’s room. The AC kept turning off and when we mostly needed when it got hot, it didn’t turn back on. The spa Jacuzzi by the pool was not even turning on. Also the pool and area was not clean at all for the three days we were there and the water was very very cold. Also, there was no towels available close by and when we asked, we were misdirected. We had to continue going to the Front Desk to get towels for the pool and we had to return them right there and then! Overall, not a good experience for this place. I hope it gets better as I am planning to visit Phoenix, Arizona again soon!
