The hot tub was cracked in the room. Unable to use. The carpet was sticky. Cops were surrounding the place. It was not a good stay at all, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The pool was hot and miscolored as well..

Left early because I didn’t feel safe and the room was not as described. Sketchy people outside and smell of cigarette smoke. Also, who has a jetted tub with carpet? Pillows were thin, hair the shower NOT from me. Plywood for the bed frame support. They should spend the money on upgrades…. VERY disappointed.

I have stayed here numerous times over the years. It was a horrible idea to go with a hostel model. It brought in a more transient element of clientele. The outside building and grounds were not near as well kept as when operated as 3 Palms.
