We had a wonderful stay at Sun City Festival for the month of March and Kevin and Melissa were great hosts. The home was beautifully furnished, clean and had great amenities. The kitchen had every appliance one could ever want and was well stocked. Check in and out was easy and Kevin and Melissa were extremely accommodating whenever we had a need or a question. Having the golf cart was a real bonus as it allowed two of us to go our separate ways. Sun City Festival has a lot of terrific activities and we were able to enjoy everything the community has to offer. We would certainly rent this same home if we return. This is the best VRBO we have ever rented.

We really enjoyed our stay here and plan to do it again! The two en-suite bedrooms were perfect for our group. Kevin was very responsive any time we had questions, and he quickly got us help when the golf cart needed attention. We’re grateful for the time we had here!

Great Home!

This home was perfect for our 30-day stay in Sun City Festival. Not only was it beautifully furnished but it had everything we needed - fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances; smart tvs throughout; patio with furniture for 6, a bbq and smoker; mountain bikes: pool towels, ice chest, and floaties; and a golf cart for trips to the pickleball courts, pool, and golf course restaurant. Communication with the owners was superb. This was truly home away from home and we look forward to coming back again next year.

Sun City Festival

This is a great property. They supplied almost every appliance in the kitchen. I have never seen a better appointed kitchen. The house is nicely laid out and appointed well. It is very comfortable. The gas grill, Traeger grill, and fire pit made cooking and sitting on the patio very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property

We really enjoyed the house. Furniture was comfortable. Cookware was good, had just about everything you need for cooking. The golf cart was a bonus!! Hubby loved the golf courses. We loved the pools/hot tubs and the 55+ community amenities. Horseshoes, pickleball, etc, plenty of exercise classes to choose from. Lots of walking paths. We loved it so much we already booked for 2023. I would have given it a 5*, but there was new house construction going on across the street.

Arizona Awesome

We had an amazing stay at this Festival Ranch home. The location is great and very easy to get around. Copper Canyon Golf course is a beautiful 27 holes that winds through the community. In addition to golf, there are tennis and pickle ball courts, a putting green, bocce ball courts and an amazing resort style pool. The home was very comfortable with very large open spaces. The patio is a wonderful spot for morning coffe or an evening night cap. Can wait to visit again.
