Host communicates well. Kitchen is sparingly equipped. I donated a few needed items during my stay like a colander and tea pitcher. It’s a Google home so the AC cuts off when you are not there so be prepared to arrive to a house that’s 85 degrees inside. It takes about 3 hrs to cool down to the 70’s. All carpets are heavily stained throughout the home. They also smell. No hot water to the rear master bath due to a bad shower valve. Sink gets hot, shower will not. I ended up using the hall shower each day due to the issue. Outdoor furniture extremely dirty with bird droppings and cobwebs. Excellent location. Just needs work.
