Property needs to be clean and sparkling. Floor trim is dirty, patio chairs-red ones falling apart, fire pit blankets left outside and very dusty and unclean looking. No toilet paper. Nice appliances. Didn’t use hot tub, pool ok. Pool floats dirty and slimy, putting green and bocce ball court nice. Easy check in, nice location. Beautiful park a few blocks away.

Trevor is very responsive. The property is clean & in a great location. Decorated extremely well. The outside has allot to offer as far as sitting areas, games, etc. The backyard is very private. Clean house in a quiet neighborhood

Overall a really nice place, accessible to everything in Scottsdale in a short drive. Only 25 minutes to PHX airport. Didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and ready to go.

We make regular trips to Scottsdale for medical care but usually stay in hotels. Decided to try a short term rental this trip and wow were we glad we did! Such a nice, homey, comfortable, and well appointed place with a great backyard. The host was very responsive and great. Highly recommend!
