This home is located on a corner lot in the wonderful family neighborhood of Rancho Santa Fe. It’s 5 minutes away from restaurants and shopping.

It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, spacious great room with gas fireplace and formal living room. High ceilings throughout the entire house.

The Master suite: Queen mattress w/ walk in closet and w/ jacuzzi bathtub in the master bathroom.
Room 2: Queen size mattress
Room 3: full size & twin size mattress
*I also have a blow up mattress if you need it.

Furnished with all the amenities including washer and dryer, dishwasher, fridge, electric stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kitchen utensils, silverware, plates, pots and pans.

Experience was fine!

The place was a little run down, one shower didn’t work, the AC wasn’t adjustable, and one bedroom light couldn’t turn off which was a bummer. However, it did the trick for what we needed (a place to stay) and communication and checkin / checkout was smooth!
