In Phnom Penh, you do not have to pay too much attention to the hotel location. Tuktuk rides do not cost you much if you wish to have a drink at night. I would rather cherish the quiet atmosphere around the hotel. Luxcity Hotel is perfect in that sense. Across the street is a military barrack. The hotel restaurant provide beautiful local foods all day long.

This is my 2nd time here. I love it. It's a little away from the river so it is much quieter and near a nice park for walking. The rooms are so nice. Super clean. Great views of the city. The staff is fantastic. I like the fitness center and the rooftop pool is amazing. My only thing to point out is that the rooftop lounge / restaurant's menu is limited and it is expensive - like U.S. prices. It is so hard to resist because of the atmosphere up on the rooftop. Very peaceful. I would stay here again for sure.

The room was spacious and the hotel itself had very good amenities - a nice pool with loungers and seating, a lovely rooftop restaurant and the breakfast was good. The car you can book for taking you out to tours or for 1/2 day was very luxurious and comfortable. Very good value for what it offered.
