The staff were wonderful, the room was big, beautiful and comfortable. The bathroom is luxurious but was very badly cleaned. After being notified the staff were very apologetic and cleaned it immediately.

The property is in BKK51 residential area. I appreciated the choice of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It is not too far from the central tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. I arrived early and after a short wait they enabled me to check-in much earlier than 2pm which was very much appreciated. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. I enjoyed my 5 day stay and would return to the hotel.

The rooms are spacious, nicely appointed, and very clean, modern and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is a cool feature, but very small and I would imagine it could be crowded during peak season since there are not many chairs or space around the pool. The location is within walking distance of some good coffee, restaurants, and other shops. However, the construction around the hotel is in full swing with large buildings being built all around. This is the case with a lot of Phnom Penh right now. The noise was annoying only at times. My biggest disappointment was the "balcony." Not much more than a space to hang out and smoke (I don't). It looked down on a narrow alley and I could almost touch the building being built next door (not really, but it felt that way - very close). No chairs to sit on and I doubt you could even fit one on such a narrow space.

Only one irresponsible reception staff.

Tottaly satisfied. I booked airport taxi from the hotel in advance. But when i checked out, this staff didn't know it and her behavior was not polite. And i asked how can i get a receipt of taxi and she said the driver has it. But he didn't have. I told driver to call to the hotel and let me talk with her but she didn't answer. Only one staff made my stay bad.

A nice clean cosy hotel with cafes and restaurants serving delicious food example Starbucks Reserve Cafe & Mok Mony Restaurant within walking distance. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Oasis in the City

I stayed at the Feliz Urban because it was very affordable and close to my office. I chose wisely! The hotel is immaculate, quiet, beautifully decorated, has exceptional service, and is within walking distance of so many restaurants and landmarks. I absolutely loved my stay. Be sure to ask for a room on a higher level to minimize street noise. One thing to be aware of - this hotel has beautiful soaking tubs, but only ~10 min. worth of hot water at one time, so it will take you all night to fill those tubs. Your showers also need to be short. Everything else was perfection.

Large room wiht excellent appointments. Would pay 4-5 times as much for similar room in Australia or USA. Best hotel experience in Phnom Penh to date and we've lived here for 6+ years!

기성비 별로인 호텔

방도 쾌적하고 화장실도 넓고 괜찮은데 뜨거운물이 지속적으로 안나와요. 욕조에 물 받아 쓸려면 10분 전에 스위치 켜 놨다가 물 틀어야 나오는데 그마저도 오래 지속 못 갑니다. 다시 기다렸다 물 받아야하고.. 이걸 한 3번하면 욕조에 담글 만한 물량이 됩니다. 수영장은 굉장히 협소합니다.
