Anglers will appreciate being near Rock Creek, one of Montana's renowned Blue Ribbon trout streams and a favorite destination for fly fishing. Georgetown Lake offers boating, fishing, kayaking, and summer recreation, while winter brings ice fishing and skiing and snowboarding at Discovery Ski Area. In summer, the mountain also becomes Discovery Bike Park with lift-served mountain biking.

This cozy, rustic cabin sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms and two levels.

Main Level
The main floor features a comfortable living area, dining space, and full kitchen with warm wood finishes and classic cabin character.

There are two bedrooms on this level. The primary bedroom has a king bed, while the second bedroom has a full-size bed. The two bathrooms are arranged between the bedrooms and can be closed off, allowing each downstairs bedroom to have its own private bathroom access.

Upper Level
Upstairs, a loft-style bedroom features two twin beds, creating a cozy sleeping space that's great for kids or additional guests.

Outdoor Space
Step outside to enjoy the setting along Fred Burr Creek, which runs just steps from the cabin. The outdoor area includes a creekside patio with seating, and a grill,—a perfect spot to relax and listen to the water after a day of exploring.

Your own vehicle is necessary for getting to the property and for exploring Philipsburg. There are no taxis or driving services available in the area. It is highly recommended that you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter months, Montana weather is unpredictable and the roads can become icy or covered in snow. The road to the cabin is regularly plowed.

Bathroom Layout: The cabin has two bathrooms located between the two main-floor bedrooms. The bathrooms are connected in a Jack-and-Jill-style configuration, but doors allow the spaces to be closed off so that each downstairs bedroom can have its own private bathroom access. Families: Families are welcome! Please note that Fred Burr Creek runs directly through the property and is not fenced or childproofed. The cabin may not be suitable for young children, and children should be closely supervised outdoors.

Winter Access: During winter months, 4WD/AWD is highly recommended when snow is present. Snow tires and/or chains are also recommended depending on road and weather conditions. The road to the cabin is regularly plowed, but Montana weather can be unpredictable and we want you to be able to come and go as you please.

Property: There is a second cabin on the property where the owners reside. Guests have private use of the rental cabin, but the overall property is shared with the owners.

Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras are present on the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the cabin.

Amenities: The cabin has air conditioning and an Xbox gaming console for guest use.
