I gave 4 stars bc everything was absolutely great it was very clean and rooms were brand new with a full fridge and good amount of space for long stays They have laundry and a fitness center and a working elevator when I was there . I love that they had a cook top . Only reason for the four star was the bed they're a little hard and sit on a sqicky frame but I think a topper can fix that part the front desk was extremely nice . So overall it was affordable and a great location would stay there again

For after hours check in, you have to use a phone on the wall right inside the first set of doors and tell them you’re there to check in. We tried calling 5x and it just kept ringing busy. Finally got an answer the 6th try and the lady who answered sounded like she couldn’t be bothered. She got us checked in and then just handed us the keys and told us to have a good night without even telling us where to go. Room smelled like smoke whenever the vent/light in the bathroom was turned on. People knocked on our door multiple times all day and night both days of our stay.The day of check out, housekeeping knocked on our door at 10:20 even though checkout wasn’t until 11. There were no do not disturb signs to hang on the door. We didn’t bring shampoo or conditioner because we expected there to be some. There was one teeny tiny bottle of shampoo about the size of a thumb and no conditioner or soap. Everything had stains on it from the sheets to the towels to the ceiling to the base of the lamp on the nightstand. No ice machine in the hotel, you have to make your own. The beds creaked and made every possible noise even when just slightly moving. The mattresses were hard as a rock and the pillows were way too soft. Loud footsteps coming from the room above us the whole time and the sound of furniture scraping/moving in the room next to us.

This facility is probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. Hats off to the housekeeping staff. It is definitely a No Frills Hotel, but you have a full size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and sink. They do not have tissues, a hair dryer or hand towels. You get one bar of soap and one small bottle of shampoo. The kitchen does not have any plates, utensils or pots or pans. The bed is the biggest issue. It is not very comfortable. They definitely need different mattresses and to upgrade their sheets. Everything was clean and smelled fresh, but the sheets as if they had been laundered quite a lot. The location is great for shopping or even going to the casino which is not far. The facility caters mostly to contract rentals and displaced, for example insurance claims. It is right off of the highway and other than the highway noise the hotel was very quiet in the evening. If they get new mattresses, etc. we would definitely stay there again. The price is definitely right.

The lady Angel at the front desk was real sweet and professional they greeted me and my wife really nice. The hotel is next to a lot of places to eat and close to the highway which is good. Also, the room was nice and clean.

Some staff are rude and condescending. I will not treat people the way they do. I had to bring laundry down. I had a short stay I thought it would be different but it was a terrible time. They were shop’s nearby. My stay was not as expected. I will not stay there again. Lesson learned

I’ve stayed here for several weeks some weekends some one night stays . Staff is exceptional, accommodating. Rooms are always clean & im very particular about that ! It’s my go to place when in area ! U cannot beat the price for the cleanliness & service .
