The elevator didn't work and I wish it had, but I would definitely stay there again. The room was immaculate and the staff was superb. The area felt safe and I liked that there was a small plaza that I could go to whenever I needed something.

Better double check your booking beforehand.

Staff at front was nice trying to help us, but we couldn’t check in without her support saying it was overbooked even though we booked a long ago and have a reservation confirmation and booking number. The worst was bed. It was very easy iron built like noisy bed with linen looks not white. More worst was bed cover that is extremely thin and looks shabby and not nice brown looking one. And pillow were extremely thin. Again I didn’t feel like sleeping with those linens and shabby covers….. There was no hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash liquid for lady use. You better bring one. No toilet paper to replace. No face tissue. I may could have or buy one if I went downstairs but I was too tired after work. There is grocery outlet in walking distance. We intended to use a kitchen but no detergent or kitchen towel. The hotel has thin wall that you can hear talking late at night. With this cost, I can stay much nicer hotel…. But at least I thank the lady at front who helped us….

Basic hotel. Our room was huge and spotless. I mean sparkling spotless. Front desk efficient. However the Expedia booking specifically says $50 pet DEPOSIT not charge. Deposit usually means if upon inspection of the room there is no damage or mess from a pet your deposit will be refunded. We were told when we checked in it was a charge. Not pleased. Present it as a charge added on to the price when booking.

Worst experience ever

We had the worst experience in this hotel. First of all the front desk personal are not friendly and they are so unprofessional. The hotel is dirty and smells bad. The room we stay in was not clean properly, there was even cockroaches. The bed was so uncomfortable and they did not have a iron or iron board. We even had to buy towels because they only gave us one, and there’s not enough parking space. Don’t stay here if you want to have a nice time go so where else.
