This 3 bd renovated row house on a quiet car-free street in Bella Vista, at edge of Center City, 12 min. walk to Independence Hall & Liberty Bell. Perfect walkable base for your stay in Philadelphia. Updated kitchen w/ new stainless steel appliances, gas stove, microwave, toaster, pots & pans. All new furniture incl. Room & Board sofa & chairs, Helix mattresses & hardwood floors throughout. Great towels & sheets, central AC, Wifi, LED lights in kitchen, Roku TV. New back patio.
Bright & sunny! There a two bedrooms on 2nd floor (each w/ a new full Helix hybrid mattress and a desk and comfortable office char) and a larger light-filled master bedroom on the 3rd floor, w/ a new queen Helix mattress, high ceiling w/ exposed brick, windows on both ends of the room and a small desk and chair. You can see the sunset over Center City from the 3rd-floor bedroom. There are 2 full bathrooms, on the 2nd fl and basement level. Great towels, pillows and sheets, central AC, Wifi, LED lights in kitchen, 3rd fl floor window seat, Roku TV, will make you feel at home. Newly renovated back patio with table and chairs is a great place to hang out at the end of the day. Simple keyless entry - come & go by entering your unique four-digit code on the door, no need for lockboxes, keys or complex entry instructions.
The guests are given access to the entire house
You will have the house to yourself and be able to check-in easily on your own. We are available should you need anything.
The house is a stone`s throw from some of the best cafes and restaurants in Philadelphia, Fitzwater Cafe, Little Fish, Saloon, Nomad Pizza, Angelina`s, Famous 4th St Deli, Whole Foods, the list goes on and on. A short walk to Fleisher Art, Paradigm Gallery & South St. clubs and shops, 7 minutes to the Italian Market, 12 to Geno and Pat’s Steaks, 20 to City Hall. My street is a small quiet street off of Fitzwater between 6th & 7th. It is barely wide enough for a car to drive down and is a dead end so you are in a quiet oasis in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Philadelphia. The address has a walk score of 99 (“walker’s paradise”).
An easy walk to movie theaters, clubs, restaurants, museums, and Philadelphia`s historic sites. With luck and some patience, you can ditch your car for the weekend in the no-cost municipal parking lot around the corner at 7th and Fitzwater.
Please remember that there is no parking allowed under any circumstances on the street, which is a traditional Philadelphia narrow one-way, dead-end and only wide enough for people who have garages to drive down.
Also, this is a small family-oriented street, so no parties or loud music are allowed, even on the weekends.
There is a doorbell camera outside the home.
There is an additional bed in the basement storage area. Please note this is not part of the listing or set up for guests. We ask that you not use this bed.
After booking, guests must authorize a security deposit or pay a damage waiver.

Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy.
Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.
Age Requirement:
Guests must be 21 years or older.
Location Requirement:
We don’t rent to local residents of Philadelphia – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere.
Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.
We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
