It was terrible for me, I was not able to sleep whole night, the room #316 has connection to the main door, where any one goes in/out the door sounds will be echo’s to my room because it right above the main door, I have sent the same to the Hotel team as well on it. Now I’m sleeping in the station because I didn’t sleep whole night because of the noise comes and goes suddenly without my knowledge. If it works please ask for the refund for the room charges, because I was awake whole night on it. Only sorry will not work nor they shifted me to other room, no response from them on it, I was awake and texting the staff people till morning 3:30 am, they told we will be back soon. Till now no manager has connected with has they mentioned a person will contact. Plz pay my Room tarring and extra and I was like a watch guard from the hotel to see who is entertaining and going. I have sent a video as well to the specific team on Sonder. Thanks for asking the feedback.
