The hotel is in an excellent location if visiting Temple. It's located on campus! The room and common areas were clean and tidy. The staff was very professional and kind. Parking is convenient but you have to pay, either for a nearby garage or the hotel. The cost to park on the hotel lot was $20. Downside: the hotel needs updating, especially the bathrooms.

a $216.00 parking charge incurred during my recent stay at the Conwell Inn. Prior to arrival, I was explicitly instructed to park in the Montgomery Lot. I followed those directions exactly, only to later learn this was incorrect information, resulting in an excessive and unexpected fee.

Clean room with a friendly staff. Finding the hotel is difficult because it is on Temple University's campus. The entrance is very obscure. I had to call the front desk to find the entrance. GPS is absolutely no help. However, once you are in, the place is very nice. The only issue was that the tub in room 310 is starting to rust. A relatively minor detail. Overall, the place is beautiful, clean, and secure, and I will definitely be back.

I am so glad I chose to try this Inn rather than a big hotel in Center City. My husband is in Temple Hospital and this place is perfect for location, safety, experience , and overall comfort. I will return again!

Location was inconvenient for getting Lyft and Uber rides. Carpets were dirty. Mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. Front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Although Temple is gorgeous, the students at night made for the stay on campus very noisy. The surrounding area does not inspire a sense of safety and does not offer dining choices nearby. The property needs a makeover inside to help with the wear and tear and cleanliness.

Stayed for a concert at the theater around the corner. It was extremely convenient to be that close. The room was fine with a view of the campus. Places to eat and a convenience store nearby made up for no ice available that night.

Conveniently located to Temple

This hotel is very convenient for visiting Temple, it’s right on the campus! However, it is badly in need of an update. The carpets have seen better days and the whole place just needs a refresh. Love the free coffee that’s out all the time.

Can't beat the convenience of location

Their service is fantastic and they are very accommodating about parking. Room 207 needs a shelf in the bathroom though because there is no where to put your toiletries. The pedestal sink has no counter space and items put on the back edge fall into the basin because it's angled. Also, generally rooms here are clean but one of the washcloths we were given had a pubic hair stuck on it right in plain site. We didn't complain since we really only needed one anyway, but eeww! Also, the beds are too soft for my liking, but some people might prefer them that way. I will continue to stay here when I can afford to due to the convenience and flexibility with parking (this may require some patience to wait for a spot, but it's better than the TU lots!).

The property was very nice, the staff was kind and helpful. The Bathrooms need some fixing. Unfortunately they do Not have a refrigerator. They did offer parking. Next door had a cute coffee shop and a 7 eleven There are plenty of food places to select from. Its a great location if you have a student going to Temple University. We felt super safe. We'd Definitely Stay there again.
