Apt is just as advertised and the location is fantastic for walking to all the great eating and drinking spots in downtown Philly. Rooms are very spacious and clean and all appliances are in new condition. Will definitely rent again on future trips to the center city!!

It is a clean apartment in a central part of Philly. The entrance and access are easy to find. The apartment is recently redone and it is pretty basic and roughly finished and furnished. There are also some finishes that are odd: like bathroom lights (and a loud fan) that are motion activated (that don't detect motion in the shower). Overall, if you have 6 people (and really no more as it is not that spacious) who are going to be in PHL for a few days and not planning to spend too much time in the apartment, it is very good value for money.
