The rooms were clean and the staff were nice. I have no complaints at all about that. The problems were: There was no WiFi the first night and no movies available. The room was next to the elevator and very noisy all night. The lobby and hallways were freezing cold. There was no hot water the first day and I did call about it. No coffee or breakfast area for the morning. I would never stay in a Sheraton again for these reasons.it was close to Penn Presbyterian where my daughter was having surgery which made it convenient, but we will stay in a hotel outside Penn area the next time.

Construction was going on, tv didn't work and I didn't have to get up early the next day because my surgery wasn't until 12 noon and smoke detector alarms started going off around 7:30/8:00a.m we had to jump up to leave the building-keep in mind we had to take stairs & were on 15th floor & Im having heart surgery thst a.m. -then warning was cancelled.......we go back & get in bed and the smoke alarm kept going off & on all a.m. - it was awful. So NOT peaceful before my heart procedure. And.....charged us $90.00 for parking which we were told would be free. DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK OR RECOMMENDING this Hotel to anyone I know! So disappointing!!!!

The room was great! Everything was clean and there are lots of neat amenities like a nightlight in the bathroom and a magnifier mirror by the bathroom sink. Staff were great and we were given complimentary access to the guest lounge on the 20th floor, which provided soft drinks in the evening and a hot breakfast in the morning.
