For last minute trip it was close to the ares we wanted to visit with the city pass. Service was friendly and upgraded us including to a room at the top floor giving us a very good night and morning view of the city. Overall was decent. Would of been great if they also had a pool.

Price doesn’t match customer service

Didn’t seem like the front desk was willing to make anything happen. Spent over 200 on a booking website they claimed they couldn’t find so went out of pocket for a room. Also a 2nd room for young girls from Canada who planned to sleep in a vehicle after a concert. Deciding to help out got them a room for the night before the travel back. 800 dollar night and I got attitude and multiple attempts to charge my account without contacting me.
