The location is great and the parking is very convenient. The check-in staff is very efficient and friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Room was billed as an upgrade. Queen bed didn't have bedside table on one side. Heat unit was noisy - had to turn off. Asked for extra blanket/duvet - never delivered. Self parking should have been mentioned by valet. Unremarkable stay for a sheraton.

Our room was dirty and out of date. Other friends rooms had completely renovated showers and details, while we had hair all over our tub and bathroom. Protests ruined our sleep, staff did nothing to make up for it.

Dining situation is ridiculous. A hotel t Izvestia hound have a fully function restaurant. Their setup is NOT functional. Hole rooms are clean, housekeeping I ridiculous. Loud banging on doors without announcing who they re and unprofessional phone conversations while cleaning rooms. Front desk is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Couldn’t use the elevators half the time or get into our room. Our key cards just constantly kept failing. They claimed it was being near cards or phones so tried keeping them in random places as far from them as possible and they still were basically one use cards. If you enjoy getting to your room and getting red lights, or getting embarrassed when your card fails in the elevator. This is for you! The restaurant inside was also shut down due to health code violations.
