The room was nice and clean with friendly staff but I had to take cold showers for most of the stay. Maintenance came and fixed the hot water but hot water lasted for only a few minutes. I had to contact the staff every day just to get a few minutes of hot water. Definitely made what could’ve been a good experience into a hassle. 4/10

My room as well as my 2 other friends rooms did NOT have hot water. My friend had his fixed 2x with no luck. We literally took cold showers both days we were there. Not exactly warm and relaxing for a winter visit to Philly.
