Room was a bit small but that is expected in Center City. Did not like the lighting in the room. Very little natural light but the LED lighting is sparse and too cool of a color. They do make more warm color LED bulbs that would improve the lighting immensly. Also, we were awakened at 8 am by a maintenance worker cutting through the sheet rock in the hallway with an loud electric saw. should have waited till later in the day.

They need to improve on breakfast. Bagel and donuts. The hallways are going to freak you out really small. Very close to many of the attractions.

I have no idea how this hotel has gotten anything less than zero stars from anyone. I am convinced the reviews of 10/10 are fake! It is run down, dirty and the staff is rude and unhelpful. Our room (301) was street side with a window unit air conditioner that had next to no installation around it and no sound barrier to the outside. It sounded like car horns, music and yelling were actually in our room it was so loud. The air conditioner rattled and the room and linens smelled of mildew. The breakfast was pathetic. The area in front of the hotel was littered with garbage and smelled. It felt very unsafe entering the hotel. Had it not been so late when we arrived, we would have found another hotel. I now wish we had despite the hour. Beware of positive reviews and stay somewhere else!

Hotel is inexpensive and in a great location. That's it for positive things. The first room I was given had not been cleaned. Looked like a guest had left but it was not cleaned. Towels were on the floor. The bed had been slept in and not made. I went to the desk and calmly said he had given me a key to a room that had not been clean. In a very angry tone he said "WHAT DO YOU MEAN??". The next room was clean but even though remodeling with cheap materials not too long ago so much was wrong. Could see out of room through vent above door (and someone could see in). Crack under door was about 1 1/2 inches. Water in shower drained slowly. Had to cut shower short or it would have overflowed. In morning went to get a cup of coffee in lobby - thermos container with pump was empty. The guy acted mad when I told him and said it can't be. He opened it - it was empty. Lastly - the cheap toilet paper was the thinesst toilet paper I have ever seen

The location of this hotel makes it a good destination overall - you are within walking distance of the historic district of Philadelphia and have bus stops on the corner. It’s also conveniently located opposites a parking garage and a CVS so you have somewhere for toiletries, drinks etc. the staff were lovely but it’s not the best looking hotel inside and it’s a noisy street on the weekends. The noise outside you can live with though.

Staffs are very nice and friendly. The front desk agent Noor is a wonderful young girl! It is hard to say there is breakxast but they offer some snacks and two types if fruits. The location is very nice though so ykucan go outand find something to eat at a walking distance.

Stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean and had window ac. Nothing fancy. Room had microwave, small fridge and tv. Breakfast was in a brown bag, which was okay. It contain a water bottle, small cereal box, chips, granola bar and 2 small pound cake. They offer yogurt and milk that was in a fridge. love the fact that they offered luggage storage. It gave me a free more hours to walk around Philly. I love the hotel price for the area it is located. It is near public transportation (took bus to citizens bank park and took train coming back to hotel) and it is walking distance to the main tourist location. I would definitely come back and stay here.
