Love, love, love the breakfast options. Travel often and have stayed at many hotels but this has the best breakfast options. Everything was delicious, fresh, and there were also healthy options. The pool, hot tub and gym were all clean and smelled nice. Bed was comfy and the kitchenette area including large refrigerator was super handy. this will be my #1 preference to stay in the area.

Super great!

Great hotel. Super clean. Very spacious room. Friendly staff. Wonderful location. Wish 2 things. Single cup Keurig in room would be great. Housekeeping a little more often, or would have liked to have known there was a 'schedule '. I'm pretty clean and tidy, bit having my bed done regularly is something I like when I travel.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Every single one that I interacted with was friendly and outgoing and very personable. The room itself was excellent. I will say that there is a lot of outside noise they could use better noise canceling curtains or something.

We had a king suite with a sofa bed, separate bedroom and full kitchen, including stove, dishwasher and full fridge. The room was clean and well-supplied with kitchen items like dishes, cups and utensils. All for a price similar to smaller units in some other local hotels. This made our week long stay very comfortable. There was a full hot and cold breakfast buffet, with different hot foods daily. Thus was delicious! Our teen enjoyed the basketball court, pool and workout room too.

Requested extra pillow and was rudely told that they did not have any and there was nothing she could do. There were also never clean towels at the pool. There were a lot of kids in town for a baseball tournament and the hotel staff did not make any effort to keep up. Went to use the hot tub in the morning and the pool area was filthy with dirty towels and trash everywhere. The rooms were very large and spacious though.

Room service was offered but never came to our room over our 3 night stay. By the third night, we had to ask the front desk for clean towels. The lights in the bathroom were dusty and appliances were poorly installed or not working. There was graffiti in the shower and the pull out sofa bed was so uncomfortable it was unusable. The beds were very clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was very good. The layout of the suite was large and comfortable and the kitchen in our suite was very nice. Otherwise, I'll be staying at the Hilton next year.
