Rental Agreement
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. By completing your reservation, you agree to:

Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking, or within 1 hour for same-day reservations. Reservations may be canceled if verification is not completed.

• 1–4 nights: $25 per night
• 5–29 nights: $200 total
• 30+ nights: $300 total
