We ended up not staying and asking for our money back. There were several issues including but not limited to: bugs in the beds, the furniture was held together with duct tape, the room was dirty and dusty, and there was a smell that triggered my daughter’s asthma. I could not in good conscience recommend anyone stay in this establishment. When we complained at the front desk they said they could give us an upgraded room…we declined and asked for our money back because we were not going to stay there.

Check in was easy. That's the only good thing I can say about this place. The parking lot was sketchy. The room smelled awful. The bed was lumpy. The sink didn't drain. The tub was filthy. The curtain was broken. There were stains on the walls, along with a bug that took 3 tries to kill.

Absolutely horrible and disgusting!!!!!!!!!Rooms are alllll dirty and people there are tweaking out on all types of drugs. Dogs running around off leash, cats living there, mattresses piled up by dumpster, Cigarette holes on tables dirty tubs, dirty bedding- BED BUGS!!!!! No remote, dirty fridge, wall fallen apart. My dog got attacked while I was walking her!!!!! Nothing was available in the area when I booked here for two days- I ended up leaving after the first night. NEVER WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN

Good News: NO BEDBUGS, COPIOUS AMOUNTS of HOT WATER for Showering & Hygiene; BAD News: Found a single, young roach skittering across the floor from rug area around the bed towards the main dresser/furniture. Heavy pall of toxic-smelling heavy chemical cleaning agents was definitely off-putting. Obviously, prior smoking guests have ignored NO SMOKING (cigarettes/whatever) or Any other politely worded signs. On the Plus side, staff DID honor a special request for a Floor 1 room assignment. Not the cutest intro to RED ROOF INN, but we + pet did successfully get 7 hrs sleep before hitting the road again. Mission Accomplished. :)
